STANDARD DELIVERY – £6.95 (UK MAINLAND ONLY)
There is a flat fee of £6.95 for all UK Mainland orders, the delivery time will be between 8.00am – 6.00pm and will need to be signed for, therefore please make sure someone is present at the delivery address during these hours.
MORNING DELIVERY: MONDAY-FRIDAY £11.95 / SATURDAY £30.95 (UK MAINLAND ONLY)
For a guaranteed morning delivery before 12 noon; Monday – Friday will be a flat fee of £11.95 and for Saturday morning deliveries, the flat fee is £30.95.
SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLES OF MAN, WIGHT & SCILLY – £24.95
For shipping to areas outside of the UK Mainland, there is a flat fee of £24.95, please note, we do not ship outside of the British Isles.
DIFFERENT BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS
We can only deliver to an alternative shipping address if paying via Bank Transfer. It can be arranged by calling us on 01924 492298 once your order and payment is received. If paying by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal, unfortunately, we can no longer offer this service.
HEAVY ITEM SURCHARGE
Heavier items, such as 50 litre bags of soil, will incur an additional £5 Heavy Item Surcharge, you will be prompted on the website when an item qualifies for the additional charge.
LARGE & MULTI ITEM ORDERS
For larger, multi item orders, for example 4 x Wilma XL hydroponic systems, 4 x grow tents, 12 x HPS light kits, 4 x extraction kits, 10 x bags of pebbles and an entire nutrient range, if the size and/or weight exceeds what our courier allows, an alternative method may have to be used, for example, shipping it on a pallet. Unfortunately this means an additional charge my be incurred, but we will contact you via telephone prior to the order being processed.
Unfortunately, at the moment, we cannot accept payments or ship to addresses based in Eire or mainland Europe.
If your order is placed before 12.00 noon, we will endeavour to pick, pack and ship your item(s) on the same day for next day delivery. However, the closer to 12.00 noon the order is placed, depending on how busy our mail order department is, may mean your item will not be dispatched until the following day so please allow up to 2 working days for dispatch. Rule of thumb, the earlier an order is placed, the greater the chance it’ll be delivered next day.
We also do not dispatch orders on a Friday, unless Saturday delivery is specified. Our reason is we have no control over the warehouse where the courier will store the parcel. We feel this is important, especially when shipping nutrients which can ‘go off’ when stored at the wrong temperature, therefore we prefer to keep products in our warehouse over a weekend, for dispatching on the following Monday, unless it’s a Bank Holiday, then it’ll be shipped on the next full working day.
All parcels, no matter how big or small, are dispatched in plain packaging using black wrap that’s secured using ‘fragile’ tape so discretion and the safe delivery of your order is assured.
OUT OF STOCK / DELIVERY DELAYS
In the event that there’s a problem with your order, for example the item is out of stock, or a replacement needs to be issued, we will contact you first via telephone, if there’s no answer, we’ll send you an email, explaining the situation.
If we do not hear back from you within 30 days after several failed attempts, we will issue you a full refund and send a final email outlining the reasons why.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact our mail order department on 01924 492298 and have the following details ready so we can look into it:

– Date order was placed
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
When packing orders, care and attention is made to make sure your order arrives on time and in tact. If however your order has been damaged during transit, please see our Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us at Plant Life World as we always aim to provide the best hydroponic products and service to all our customers.
If however you are not completely satisfied with any item you have purchased from Plant Life World, please contact us within 30 days by calling 01924 492298, state your reason for wanting an exchange or refund (unless otherwise stated), and we’ll instruct you on how to return your item to us, which must be unused and in its original packaging.
Any item purchased online can also be returned, in person, to our store. but please contact us prior to travelling.

Electrical items, such as ballasts and fans, come with a manufacturers warranty (1-5 years depending on manufacturer), faulty items will need to be tested prior to an exchange or refund being issued, and in some cases, the item may need to be returned to the manufacturer for further testing. Plant Life World cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused by you (the customer) through improper use or neglect.
If returning a faulty grow lamp, please ensure its in the original packaging as this includes vital information with need in order to issue an exchange.
We’re afraid we CANNOT give an exchange or refund on ANY LIQUIDS, this includes all nutrients and supplements.
